Sample Pack 8 - Roland JP8080 Loops

The Roland JP8080 Synthesizer is the rack version of the classic JP8000 keyboard, famous for its supersaw oscillator. This synth has been used on some of the biggest dance tracks of the past decade. Users of the Roland JP8000 / JP8080 include Ferry Corsten, Underworld, Front 242, Rank 1 (Airwave), Pet Shop Boys, Scooter, BT, Chicane, Vince Clarke, Gary Numan, Jean Michel Jarre and many more.

This sample pack contains 100 Roland JP8080 Synthesizer loops in the REX2 format, suitable for any REX2 compatible music application, such as Reason, Cubase SX3/4, Logic 8/Logic Express 8, Live 7 (not LE) and many more*

Please note that there are NO drum loops in this collection. The drums in the demo are for demo purposes only.

The REX2 format allows the loops to have their tempo (BPM) changed in real time, or have their pitch/key changed without their tempo changing - (The ability to change pitch/key depends on the host software. Reason users can change the pitch of the loop using the Dr REX device).

In common with all my other synth sample packs, the loops in this collection were all played and programmed by myself, RKB, and are 100% original. The BPM's do vary, buy many are around 130 BPM. Remember though that REX Loops can have their tempo changed in real-time, and can also be pitch shifed without the BPM changing.
