Reason 6.5 and Figure iOS app

Propellerhead Software have announced Reason 6.5 and Figure, a new iOS App based on Reason's Kong & Thor devices.

Looks like the big news for Reason is "Rack Extensions", which will allow 3rd party developers to create versions of existing plugins (or totally new ones) for Reason. There will be an app store to allow users to buy the plugs they want, similar to the Apple App store.

Talking of the Apple App store, Propellerhead have also announced a new iOS App called "Figure" which is based on the Kong drum designer and Thor synth.
